The second chapter was illustrated by Braden Lamb, an incredibly talented artist who I first met when he joined the Boston Comics Roundtable. Braden’s line work is absolutely phenomenal. He also had the difficult task of drawing eleven different characters who merely had cameos in this chapter. But because each of them appeared later in the book, and a visual continuity was required, we had to work very closely to create a unique and appropriate design for each one.
