MR. DAVIS
Why is it every day I’m waking up two minutes earlier than the day before.

Close up of MR. DAVIS’S dark eyes. They are open, and appear wet and aging.
MR. DAVIS
Ha… ‘cause the body is telling the mind to stop sleeping through what’s left.
PANEL 4
Same angle. Mr. Davis begins to raise his head from the pillow. We lose sight of most of him.
