Teen 1 shoves the ball into Young Roberto’s chest. A little tendril of smoke rises from the ball and past his nose.

A close up of Young Roberto. Now safely around a corner, he leans his head against the side of building. The last lingering drops of vomit fall from his open mouth.

Young Roberto begins walking up the steps to the entrance of his building. He is once again translucent. A late, middle-aged Mexican woman, large and matronly, exits from the door proper. This is MRS. GONZALEZ. She is also translucent. The real, adult Roberto stands at the top of the stairs and begins to enter.
