Roberto walks away, carry a plastic bag with the eggs inside. Behind him is JOSE, the stocking assistant. A slender young Mexican American man, he stocks bananas with one hand and holds a textbook marked “Psychology” with the other.
ROBERTO
Thanks. I’ll see you around.

Roberto marches past the Day Workers again. Two of them idly watch Roberto as he goes.
