I keep busy.
Currently, I’m the Senior Vice President of Editorial at Reviewed.com, overseeing all content production, as well as the test labs and special projects. I served as Managing Editor, then Editor in Chief, of Reviewed.com’s original ancestor, CamcorderInfo.com, helping to grow the company from a tiny start-up to one of the most influential online review resources. I was named Vice President of Editorial Management in 2008, and then began my current role in 2012, after Reviewed.com was acquired by USA TODAY.
In ten years at Reviewed.com, I’ve helped to launch over 25 product categories, written hundreds of articles, and grown the staff by many multiples. I’ve been to more trade shows than I can count and could probably draw a perfect map of the Las Vegas Convention Center, complete with lesser known entrances to the show floor, top food locations, and best places to get a cab straight, from memory.
I’m also a comics writer and publisher, as well as co-founder of the Boston Comics Roundtable, an arts organization which since 2005 has amassed over 150 members, produced 10 anthologies, and aided and encouraged scores of new comics from individual members. I’m also a co-organizer for MICE, the Massachusetts Independent Comics Expo, and a public speaker on the topic of comics.
